1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and da99st ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the da99st website located at da99st.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade games, and any promotional programmes operated by da99st.

By registering an account on da99st, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active da99st account. 4.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated against da99st without first contacting support constitute a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with da99st.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technology specifically for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

7.1 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where da99st reasonably determines that a player has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct described above, we reserve the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or terminate the player's account; void all pending and settled bets associated with the account; withhold and forfeit any balance, including original deposits, where fraud or criminal activity is established; report the player to relevant authorities where legally required; and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

da99st reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider.
• Player request for self-exclusion under da99st's responsible gaming programme.
• Any other reason where da99st determines that continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the safety of the player.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your da99st account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and provided that all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been assessed. 8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or da99st-initiated — all unsettled bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant sport or game. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. da99st's obligations to a closed account are limited to the return of verified real-money balances subject to the conditions described above.
